On Wednesday, One Tree Hill will conclude its ninth and final season, bowing into TV oblivion—but before it goes off to syndication purgatory or takes up residence on the 2 for $20 DVD shelf at Target, I’d like to take a look back at some of the most memorable moments from the past nine years.
